In the beginning of every new harvest, we travel to Aegina Island to select the finest quality pistachio for you. We gently prepare them, we lightly salt them and we roast them slowly, in a way that they will keep their juices, their taste and their rich aroma. Do not forget that they can easily and far from guilts become your all-day snack since they are pretty low in calories compared to all other nuts!

All processed and roasted nuts are preserved throughout the year in a dry and cool
place, either in the special bags we provide you, or in glass jars. Keeping them in the
refrigerator is recommended only during the warmer months. More specifically, the salty
and spicy nuts that have as a basic ingredient salt, are more sensitive to moisture and
therefore it is necessary to be as tightly closed as possible so that they do not lose their
crispness. Even in this unpleasant case (especially during rainy seasons), and since you
always get them fresh from our stores, it is enough to place them near a heat source
(on a radiator body or for a few minutes in the oven) and once they cool they will have
returned to their original freshness.
