Our favorite chocolate can be consumed all year round offering us the delight that thrills kids and adults. Usually, the shelf life of a chocolate or chocolate snack exceeds one year if it is kept in a dry and cool place away from the sun or other heat source, and also away from strong smells. The habit that many consumers have of putting chocolate in the refrigerator during the warmer months, does not naturally alter the product (although it can alter its appearance usually chocolate "turns white" if left for a long time in preservation), but it certainly leads to loss or even deterioration of taste (due to the smells inside the refrigerator). In summer it is ideal to choose smaller quantities that can be kept in a cool place or simply turn to our favorite ice cream!
