Raw nuts and seeds retain all their nutrients and are the ideal choice for a healthy diet, but they are also the riskiest to develop organisms that will make the product unsuitable for consumption. It is necessary to maintain them in the refrigerator during the warmer months of the year, and even in winter their preservation in the refrigerator is the safest option.
